Our vanilla sugar is made from sugar infused and blended with the highest quality grade A Bourbon vanilla pods sourced directly from Comoros in the Vanilla Islands (Madagascar, Comoros & Réunion). Choose from caster sugar or demerara (natural unrefined cane) sugar options.
Use in your coffee, mix with your favourite fruit shakes, sprinkle on pancakes, or use as an alcohol-free alternative to vanilla extract in your baking recipes.
We don’t make this by only placing the vanilla pods in sugar. Good quality vanilla sugar takes time to ensure the vanilla aromas are truly infused into the sugar. We add a finely ground mix of whole vanilla pods and sugar to ensure the pods and ‘caviar’ continues to add its unique flavour to the product until the last grains are used.
