Usually vanilla beans/extract are just sweet but this product includes the entire ground pod not just the beans inside which gives an amazing nutty/ developed flavour alongside the basic vanilla. Everyone was raving about the apple pies i baked with this. Will only be buying this from now on. Can’t wait to see wow it fares in cookies and dessert soufflés!
