We supply our highest quality grade A Bourbon vanilla beans sourced directly from Comoros in the Vanilla Islands (Madagascar, Comoros & Réunion) together with our premium 250ml swing top bottle and our simple instructions. All supplied in a beautiful gift box. We are also including a free corked glass vial (more available to purchase) to give a sample of your efforts to a friend or family member.

There are just five simple steps (instructions included in the kit):

• Cut the bean lengthways with a sharp knife to expose the rich caviar seeds and place them in a bottle

• Choose your alcohol base – vodka, rum, whiskey or brandy (not supplied) and pour into the bottle covering the beans
• Allow the extract to age. Leave in a dark cool place (but not the fridge) for 8 weeks, shaking the bottle once a week. The longer its left to age, the better the flavour.

We don’t make this by only placing the vanilla pods in sugar. Good quality vanilla sugar takes time to ensure the vanilla aromas are truly infused into the sugar. We add a finely ground mix of whole vanilla pods and sugar to ensure the pods and ‘caviar’ continues to add its unique flavour to the product until the last grains are used. 

No additives, preservatives, or flavours are in any of our products.
